We are hiring a Nightshift Doffing Operative to join a well-established and respected manufacturing site in Kirriemuir. This is a hands-on role where your work directly supports production and keeps operations running smoothly overnight.

\n Your role on shift\n
\n
\n

As a key part of the nightshift team, you will:

\n

\n
• Remove finished rolls from the production line safely and efficiently
\n
• Handle and move products to storage or dispatch areas
\n
• Support the wider team to maintain production flow and meet output targets
\n
• Carry out basic quality checks and report any issues promptly
\n
• Keep your work area clean, organised and safe at all times
\n
• Follow all health and safety procedures, with a strong focus on safe manual handling
\n

\n

This is an active role where you will be on your feet and part of a team that relies on each other to get the job done.

\n What we are looking for\n

We are keen to hear from candidates who are:

• Experienced in manufacturing, production or industrial environments
\n
• Physically capable of manual handling tasks
\n
• Reliable, punctual and committed to working nightshift consistently
\n
• Safety-conscious with good attention to detail
\n
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
\n

It would be great if you also have:

\n

\n
• Forklift experience or a licence
\n
• Manual handling training
\n
• Previous shop-floor experience
\n

\n

However, these are not essential as full training is provided.
