You will play a key role in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment where students feel supported, challenged, and motivated to succeed.The Ideal Candidate Will HaveQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.Experience teaching mathematics across relevant key stages.Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics education.The ability to engage, motivate, and inspire learners of varying abilities and backgrounds.Excellent classroom management and communication skills.A commitment to inclusion, safeguarding, and promoting student wellbeing.The ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team.DesirableExperience working with students with additional learning needs.Experience in alternative provision, specialist education, or small-group teaching.Knowledge of intervention strategies to support learners who may have gaps in mathematical understanding.What we offerWorking for Vision for Education, you benefit from:Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
