Keeping records accurate and up to date is also important to the role.\n\nHow you will do it…\n\n * Manage the vehicle handover for our customers\n\n * Demonstrate exemplary customer focus and provide enthusiastic and informed support\n\n * Check in and check out vehicles\n\n * Accurately inspect vehicles and ensure all damage/missing items are recorded on the appropriate form, take photographs and write descriptions\n\n * Safe vehicle movements around site/storage areas/ to and from the valeting bay\n\n * Prepare vehicles for sale, ensuring vehicles are well presented and condition accurately recorded\n\nWhat do you need to be successful…\n\n * Excellent customer service skills\n\n * To have held a full driving licence for at least 1 year and be good at vehicle manoeuvring\n\n * High levels of attention to detail\n\n * Methodical and process driven with accurate form filling capability\n\n * Ability to use a PDA\n\n * A welcoming, friendly, positive and outgoing manner\n\n * Physically active and able to work outside in extremes of temperature\n\n * Some knowledge of the fleet and leasing industry an advantage\n\n * Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be given\n\n * Previous experience in vehicle inspections would be an advantage\n\nAnd in return …\n\nAs a Fleet Assistant at Global, you will receive a competitive salary plus a monthly discretionary bonus.
