Over time, there will also be opportunities to gain exposure to the software and controls programming side for those interested in broadening their skillset.\n\nProjects span multiple sectors including industrial automation, fuel and oil systems, vehicle wash systems, and other bespoke control applications in and around the rail sector.\n\nEssential Requirements:\n\nExperience designing electrical control panels.\nExperience producing electrical drawings using an electrical CAD package such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, SolidWorks Electrical or similar.\nAn HNC, HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation or a related discipline.\nA good understanding of control systems and industrial automation.\nA full UK driving licence.\nThe ability to commute to the Warrington office at least three days per week\nDesirable:\n\nExperience working with PLC-based control systems.\nKnowledge of HMIs and industrial automation projects.\nExperience producing cable schedules and termination drawings.\nPrevious project engineering experience.\nExperience within manufacturing, food and beverage, water, utilities, system integration or similar industries.\nIf you're looking for an opportunity where you'll receive genuine training, real responsibility and the chance to build a long-term career in controls engineering, we'd love to hear from you.\n\nApply today or contact Emily at Carrington West for a confidential discussion
