Website Services ExecutiveWebsite Support/Web Services/Administration/IT/CMS/Permanent/South BirminghamMy market leading financial services client based in South Birmingham is looking for an experienced and passionate Website Services Executive to join their growing team!The Website Services Executive will be responsible for day to day maintenance of the company website, including development and implementation of copy to support business needs and regulatory changes. You will be working directly alongside the Website Services Manager!Key responsibilities:*Work with the external digital agency to implement new functionality such as tools, videos and guides. *Ensure content supports the online strategy, and best practice.*Implement web enhancements to optimise customer journeys and user experience.*Day to day maintenance of website content ensuring any updates are completed within SLA and stakeholder expectations are managed. *Receiving and interpreting website change briefs from multiple stakeholders.*Ensuring web change requests follow the correct briefing and sign off process.*Support in keeping the website content relevant, compliant and up to date.*Work with multiple stakeholders, including compliance, customer communications, product technical and legal departments, to implement new web content which has a customer focus and support regulatory requirements.*Management of the website approvals and sign off process, as well as the maintenance of a full audit trail of all website requests and amends.*Review and analyse customer feedback and Google analytics stats, using findings to drive website development and improvement.*Collate and report on website statistics.Key skills and experienced required:*Significant website support experience. *Knowledge of web service tools.*Demonstrate customer understanding.*Proactive approach to continuous improvement.*Experience of online copywriting/copy editing.*Understanding of what makes a good User Experience (UX)*Comfortable with liaising with individuals at all levels, including representing the company to external parties and representing line manager.*IT skills - good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes*Experience using a Content Management System (CMS)This is a great opportunity to join an established organisation during an exciting period of change.
