Job Title: United Kingdom Licensing and Registrations Corporate title: No Corporate Title Division: Regulations, Compliance & Anti-Financial Crime Location: BirminghamOverview: You will be joining the United Kingdom Licensing and Registrations team, who are managing the United Kingdom Licensing requirements for our employees and European Exchange access for our United Kingdom employees. United Kingdom Licensing and Registrations are a key part of Employee Compliance and work across their global diverse and motivated team in order to create a unique employee experience and sustainable value for Deutsche Bank. You will report directly to the United Kingdom Licensing and Registrations Manager and play a key role in delivering Regulatory excellence. Key Responsibilities: Providing Licensing and Registrations process expertise with responsibility for creating, maintaining, advising and delivering end-to-end process excellence throughout an employee's life cycleDocumenting that our employees are fit for their rolesFacilitating the Licensing of all in-scope employees, as classified under Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Regulatory requirementsImplementing the Certification regime, which involves Certification under FCA Regulations for in-scope employeesProviding oversight and annual certification of approximately 3000 people in the United KingdomReceiving all reference material from Human Resources (HR) and reviewing them against our education framework in-order to assess their education requirementsFacilitating communication between functional teams across Compliance, HR and the wider BusinessSharing knowledge and best practice and fostering a focus on process and performance accuracy, compliance and efficiencyCompleting Exchange registration applications for United Kingdom employees across European Exchanges Skills & Qualifications Demonstrable Regulatory, Compliance or Employee Screening experienceAn understanding of complex Matrix organisationsExcellent attention to detail, organisation and analytical skillsAbility to communicate professionally and effectively across all mediumsProcess design and re-engineering expertise (Beneficial)Previous experience in a Regulatory Licensing role (Beneficial)Delivery focused with a process mind-setForward thinking and self-driven with the ability to see opportunities in challengesAbility to share information, knowledge and expertise with peers and team membersDemonstrable integrity, trust and fairnessAct as a trusted advisor by those with whom you partnerAbility to work under pressure and use discretion with sensitive and confidential data Deutsche Bank is an equal opportunity employer who seeks to recruit and appoint the best available person for a job regardless of marital/civil partnership status, sex (including pregnancy), age, religion, belief, race, nationality and ethnic or national origin, colour, sexual orientation or disability.
