Due to continued success and growth, our client, a professional service business who specialise in tax services have an excellent opportunity for an experienced B2B Sales Consultant. This is a new role which is field based. Do you have the drive, passion and motivation to succeed in a target driven B2B sales environment? Are you an experienced sales professional? Technically savvy? Do you have a background or experience within the engineering/automotive or IT sectors? Then this role may be for you! The role: Growing sales through prospecting, building and winning new business Evaluate Client's needs and offer a competitive consultative solution Networking and building relationships with partners to gather referrals for follow-up Responsible for identifying new marketing opportunities Developing and growing key relationships with decision makers Representing the company at trade shows, industry functions and corporate events Cold calling and developing pipeline for future sales and maintaining customer database Potential to progress to more senior roles The Candidate: Minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience within a professional services environment Resilient, target-driven and ambitious Covering the Birmingham area but willing to travel UK wide when required Self-motivated with the ability to proactively generate new business Proven success within a previous target-driven sales role Knowledge or background of engineering, automotive or IT sectors Effective communicator across all levels of stakeholders with strong attention to detail Full UK driving licence IT proficient, Word, Excel, Outlook. The Package: Base salary of £34k with an OTE of £62k+ (uncapped commission) per annum with excellent benefits, daily expenses, plus generous quarterly bonus scheme, healthcare, pension and more.
