Job title: Regulatory Compliance Risk Assessment ManagementCorporate title: Assistant Vice PresidentDivision: Regulation, Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime Location: BirminghamOverview:You'll be a part of the Regulatory Compliance Risk Management team (RCRM) which is responsible for the implementation of the Compliance Risk Assessments across Deutsche Bank globally and ensures the bank is compliant with the requirements of its Legal and Regulatory obligations.You'll be responsible for the facilitation and oversight of the MaComp (Minimum Requirements for the Compliance Function) and MaRisk (Minimum Requirements for Risk Management) assessments in line with BaFin requirements including write-up of the results for the Board.The key focus of your role is to provide support for implementing and co-ordinating the Risk Assessments including gathering and preparing various reference data sets that are made available within the assessment system.Key Responsibilities:Preparing and mapping various data sets that are used as part of the Assessments (including rules and regulations, policies and procedures, controls information, audit findings and self-identified issues)Acting as a liaison point with the Data Source Providers to ensure data is received and managed in line with Group PolicyMonthly tracking of issues and associated remediation plans raised as part of the AssessmentsSupporting Business Line and Infrastructure Compliance with queries on the requirements, process and expectations regarding the AssessmentsFacilitating the production and distribution of key reports and Management Information (MI) for stakeholders including key performance indicators during the Assessment cyclePerforming analysis of the Risk Assessment results and highlighting key risks, themes and issues to stakeholders including Compliance management, the business, Regulators and AuditorsLiaising with the Compliance Solutions Information Technology (IT) Development team regarding enhancements/changes required to the Risk Assessment system and conducting User Acceptance TestingSkills & Qualifications:Practical experience in problem solving, data analysis and working to tight deadlines whilst achieving good quality outputsA positive and flexible approach required to operate in a constantly changing environmentAbility to generate innovative ideas, challenge the status quo and deliver effectivelyA structured and organised approach, demonstrating a high level of diligence and attention to detail - ability to ensure high quality and consistency in the deliverables producedAbility to draw conclusions/identify key risks, issues and themes from within large sets of data and present solutions to resolve gapsAbility to analyse current state processes and identify points for improvement Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders in different functions across the bankExcellent Excel skills preferably with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and WordPrevious experience in using Visio (software programme beneficial)Good organisation skills, logical and a strong communicatorDeutsche Bank is an equal opportunity employer who seeks to recruit and appoint the best available person for a job regardless of marital/civil partnership status, sex (including pregnancy), age, religion, belief, race, nationality and ethnic or national origin, colour, sexual orientation or disability.
