Duties & Responsibilities: Receiving of all incoming calls and forwarding calls to the relevant departments Announcing of director calls to appropriate secretaries Greeting of customers, visitors & staff To maintain smooth running of meeting rooms and the allocation of car park spaces To produce a daily document for Security, highlighting car park reservations To deal with all catering requests To produce a daily document to be sent to the Refresh manager at a specified time with all requests To deal with all wifi queries and direct customers/staff appropriately Deal with all taxi orders for customers & staff To ensure all meeting rooms are kept clean & tidy at all times Ensure all equipment is in working order in meeting rooms and to follow up any issues To action all stationary orders To action all emails received in a timely fashion Skills Required: Excellent communication skills at all levels Basic computer knowledge Experience of a computerised switchboard Previous reception experience is essential Hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 18:00 on a monthly rolling contract with a step into a permanent position within SCC.
