The role provides Application support for Oracle HR and the Payroll transfer to ADP. This includes handling support tickets and change requests. Due to the nature of these application and the business processes they support issues can need urgent resolution. A main resource and some backup is required to deliver the support required to avoid lengthy disruption to the business If issues arise. Main Duties of the Job Key Responsibilities would include: Providing support to resolve support tickets for HR, Payroll Integration and Security. Impact and deliver agreed change requests including configuration changes agreed to D365O. Involvement in planning and delivering platform and functional updates from Microsoft and FourVision. Plan and deliver/support testing of any changes to D365O. Maintain application Security in D365O including new starters, leavers and role changes. Training others in D365O administration. Skills, Knowledge and Experience Extensive experience of Microsoft Dynamics AX12 and/or D365O - HR, Finance and Procurement as a minimum. Experience working as part of a team delivering support and ongoing projects on AX12 and/or D365O. Proven Experience of working with less experienced resources to improve skills. Previous experience working with an integration from HR to separate payroll system. Experience of maintaining configuration and security in AX12 or D365O. Experience of planning and delivering regular releases to resolve support tickets and/or deliver change requests and platform updates.
