Client Migration Manager, Online, Financial Services, MigrationOur leading Financial Services client requires an experienced Client Migration Manager for an 6 month contract based in Birmingham.The successful candidate will be responsible for and need proven experience with -Pro-active face to face and remote engagement with Clients regarding changes that will affect their current online banking facilityTaking ownership for and managing a set of migration cases, providing accurate reporting against progressValidation of a Client's existing channel data to capture the correct details for the future online requirements of their BusinessData cleansing activities to enable a smooth transition to CB OnlineSupporting clients and providing guidance at the relevant points throughout their migration journey.Offer feedback to and share best practice with team members as required so that their individual and collective performance meets the current and future needs of the projectStakeholder Management - providing detailed, timely and up to date information as required both internally and externallyEnter and extract data onto a central online tracker to ensure that the relevant client activities are carried out and accurately recorded within the timescales requiredEnsure that all work is completed in accordance with established processes, practices and guidelinesEnsure good levels of product knowledge in order to support varying Client journeys as effectively and efficiently as possibleKey capabilities-Communication and Impact Product KnowledgeCustomer ExcellenceDelivering ResultsPlanning and OrganisingExperience of working within Financial Services is essential to being successful in this role.
