Manufacturing ERP Business Development Manager 45k + Double OTE I am actively seeking a Business Development Manager who has good New Business Sales in the Manufacturing Sector to join my client, a leading ERP Software Solution provider. The role will be based on generating new sales pipeline and closing deals from the beginning. This is due to a hotly anticipated period of sustained growth which looks set to continue. The solution itself is a full ERP spread tailored to the specific needs of the manufacturing industry. It has gained plaudits and a significant list of industry awards. Your experience will be in ERP Software Solution Sales - ideally with a major Vendor or Partner including SAP, Oracle/Netsuite, or Dynamics - and you will have a target/quota attainment level which is provable and significant. The average deal size is between 40-80k and you will have a sales target of 450k in year 1. Day to day will involve travel to client sites as well as pure business development. While you will be supported by a fantastic inside sales team and marketing budget, you will be adept at creating your own opportunities. You will be reporting to the Director of Sales and have autonomy in scheduling appointments and arranging your diary. While it is fine to be from any location, you will need to be in the office one day a week - which is based in Birmingham. A base salary of up to 45k is offered with a feasible and achievable OTE of double. A Great benefits package is offered as well as the opportunity to look at building up a Team in the near future. Required Skills & Experience: Great understanding of Manufacturing ERP and the needs of the industry. ERP Software Solution Sales experience - with demonstrable track record.
