Rate: £ 20 to £ 28 K (full-time (per year)) + commission + benefits
A very unique position has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant within a construction trades discipline. If you could describe the ideal construction recruitment role then this would be it!
For over 30 years my client has bee successfully supplying temporary and permanent, white and blue collar candidates to the construction sector. Their philosophy is simple yet effective: By meeting and exceeding their clients requirements their aim is to develop long term working relationships with both candidates and clients in order to make themselves an integral part of their businesses.

•Experienced Recruitment Consultants will benefit from a salary of up to £28,000 + commission of up to 30%
•Birmingham
The Role
•We are currently looking for an experienced recruitment consultant from a construction trades background to join a growing office specialising within the Construction and Technical sector (temp and perm)
•You will be expected to build on established client relationships, manage current PSL accounts and also bring in new clients and revenue across the Midlands. Some of the worlds most prestigious Construction and Technical companies are on my clients database.
•With your experience you will play a major part in the development and growth of the brand throughout the Midlands market.
•You will develop an understanding of their client's requirements, then identify potential staff through existing contacts or by advertising roles/headhunting.
•You will assess candidates' skills through interviews, tests and background checks, and then make recommendations to your client.
•Consultants provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.
•Developing solid relationships with clients is integral to the role.

•For over 30 years my client has prided themselves on delivering high quality recruitment solutions to small start up businesses through to large multi-nationals. They recruit across the construction sector and are continuing to develop into niche divisions.
Key Experience Required
•You will have a minimum of 1 years Recruitment experience.
•This experience must have been within a Construction or Technical discipline
