PA/ Branch Coordinator
Location: : Tamworth - Birmingham, West Midlands
Rate: £ 18 K (contract/temp (per year))
PA/ Administrator required, initially to cover a 6 month maternity vacancy, with the possibility of a permanent position. This is a dual role with a variety of duties. You will be working for an international company, within an office of approximately 30 staff. You will need to be able to drive, and be available to start work on Monday 21st April 2008 for a weeks handover with the current PA.
PA Duties - To act as PA to the Sales Director; including preparing and maintaining spreadsheets, producing management reports to deadline, preparing PowerPoint presentations, maintaining calendars electronically.
Branch Co-ordinator Duties - general administration work for the branch, including maintaining holiday and attendance records, producing budget reports, organising meetings both on and off site, including organising refreshments, sending out mailshots to customers, distributing incoming mail, maintaining stationery levels.
The successful candidate will need to have good IT skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, together with excellent organisation and admin skills. The ability to prioritise their workload, meet deadlines and have good communication skills are also a must.
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm with 1 hour lunch break.
