Office Manager
Location: : Birmingham - Birmingham, West Midlands
Rate: £ 20 K (full-time (per year))
My client require an Office Manager / PA reporting to The Director.
This is a very responsible role where you will be required to manage the office and the teams requirements.
You will be required to:
Organise meetings, rooms and refreshments,
Provide PA support to the Advisory Group Director,
Maintain a quality management system,
Co-ordinate the diary and book appointments,
Co-ordinate weekly staff meetings,
Arrange Travel including visas and accomodation,
Assist with preparation of propasal documents,
All other general administration or duties assigned to you by your line manager in this varied role.
You will also from time to time get involved with the marketing and events and assist when putting on seminars.
You must demonstrate:

Hours of work are: Monday to Friday: 9:5:30pm (37.5 hours a week)
1 Hour for lunch
Salary starting from £20K depending on experience.
