Customer Service Supervisor
Location: : Lichfield - Birmingham, West Midlands
Rate: £ 18 to £ 19 K (full-time (per year))
A Customer Service Supervisor is required to work for a company based in Lichfield.
THE COMPANY ARE RELOCATING TO TAMWORTH IN JULY
Key tasks include of the following:
Supervise staff
Staff development
Conduct interviews, provide staff orientation
Coach & provide advise to staff
Responsible for staff scheduling- rotation of cover, lunch and late rota
Coordinate with Manager/HR for appropriate staffing levels
Coordinate needed changes.implementation
KPI reporting
Train new staff
Incoming call handling
The ideal candidate must have a good level of customer handling skills, at least 2 years, effective communication, be bale to daily interface with internal factors for resolution of customer complaints & issues. They will also have a strong commitment to customers, work as an effective team member and work to tight deadlines.
