- Actively representing the Motorsport view at committee meetings

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To liaise with customers on a regular basis making site visits as and when required. 
Co-ordinate QC/QA activities, inspections, measurement, capability analysis SPC 
Ensure customer problem resolution activities, including costs for materials, labour, and time relating to customer issues via PPS / 8D process and on customer required documentation.  
Raise and maintain all OPC documentation, control plans etc for the production processes 
Generate relevant documentation for all customer sample submissions and review with customer representatives 
Attend production meetings to deal with both internal and external quality issues 
Deal with supplier concerns relative to the area of responsibility in liaison with STA 
The setting up and audit of any dimensional data collection 
To perform capability studies were required 
Performing gauge R&amp;R studies 
To carry out quality system audits 
The setting and verification of quality standards as and when required
