An administrator is required to work for my client who are based on the outskirts on Birmingham City centre. Key Responsibilites: To perform assigned tasks in Helpdesk, developing understanding/expertise in core business processes and product knowledge. To provide flexibility through job rotation and multi-skillingTo provide adequate cover in times of absence, sickness or peak demandTo process claim form requests received via the telephone messaging serviceTo carry out appropriate clerical and general duties and provide cover and support for the other customer service team leaders as may be required from time to time by the team leader. Hours of work are: Monday- Friday: 8:45am- 16:45pm.
