As such we currently seeking to appoint Trainee Recruitment consultants to join our Birmingham office.
Working within a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for marketing our services, client visits, attracting and screening applicants, and filling vacancies. Our REC accredited training programmes are the most advanced in the industry, covering everything from the basic skills to more advanced consulting and management.

In charge of your own specialist section, you will be responsible for generating new business, interviewing applicants, visiting clients, marketing and advertising campaigns and providing professional recruitment solutions. In order for you to excel in your career we provide extensive REC accredited training covering basic skills and advanced consulting and management. Our industry leading training allows you to make an immediate impact on the business and provides great opportunities for fast-track promotion and to maximise your fees and potential earnings.

We are looking for graduate calibre candidates who are self confident, target driven with good business acumen and the ability to think on their feet. A proven track record in a sales/commercial environment is preferable. Recruitment requires motivation, enthusiasm and the drive and determination to succeed. We are seeking the sort of person that responds positively to targets and is competitive by nature. You will need to be a confident communicator who can build up excellent relationships with teachers and schools
