Claims Business Development Officer
The Claims Business Development Officer role will be focused on new business, plus many other areas.
Purpose

* To promote the clients overall claims service offering to potential and exisiting Insureds and Intermediaries
* Providing support to the Underwriters/ Business Developers in the acquisition and retention of business
* To assist specific account difficulties that arise and be a conduit that works within claims

Responsibilities & KPI's

* Amount of new business bound and renewed by underwriters
* Timely issuance of claims protocols agreed between Insureds/ Claims Department
* Attendance to at Broker/ Client forums
* Assist with policy retention
* Conduct claim presentations to prospective clients and intermediaries

Skills Required

* Presentation skills
* Proven interpersonal and communication skills
* Demonstrate presence and authority
* Claims experience in one or more lines at senior level
